Description of Business:
My business centers around creating and implementing ideas. Multimedia production and podcasting are core areas of strength. However…my focus for this particular group is to launch “Long Island House Portraits”. I am a painter with twenty years of professional experience. My work is commissionable in pen and ink, oil, and watercolor/mixed media. My mission is to create works of art that will become cherished family heirlooms.
Objectives/Goals of being a member of Women on the Fast Track:
I’m interested in helping other women reach their business and personal goals while forming a sisterhood with these women to help me reach mine. I’m interested in learning about local publications like high school sporting event journals where I could take out booster ads. I’m looking for interesting boutiques that would want to take orders for my portraits. I’m looking for connections to people who live in any size house that would like to have a personal heirloom. My work also is great for personalized cards.
After moving to Long Island over a decade ago from St. Louis, I realized that I needed to restructure my entire networking base because I knew no one. Now… I know a ton of wonderful people and I’m happy to share my circle of influence.
